The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through completion.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
– Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
– Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
– Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
– Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project success.
– Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
– Conduct post-project evaluations to assess lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.
– Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a minimum of 10-15 years in project management.
– Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
– PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
