Job Overview
Pravux Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Project Coordinator (Fresher) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in IT project coordination and delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating software development and IT projects.
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and stakeholders.
Prepare meeting minutes (MoM), project reports, and status updates.
Maintain project documentation and task trackers.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as stand-ups and sprint planning.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely task completion.
Identify risks or delays and report them to project managers.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana – basic level).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace.
Ability to understand technical requirements and workflows.
Willingness to learn Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
Internship or academic project experience in project coordination is a plus.
