Job Description

Core Responsibilities
• Floor Support – Provide hands on support to T1s and T2s to drive effective resolution rate
• Investigate and resolve technical problems at the architect level and in conjunction with other engineering personnel.
• Planning, implementation and ongoing support on application in multi-customer environments.
• Process Management, Support Knowledge Management initiative, Ensuring 100 % maintenance of SOPs in Knowledge repository
• Prepare and own the Internal Communication and plan for escalated tickets/issues.
• Configure, monitor, and enhance application and operating systems for infrastructure performance improvement for clients, and other network/system monitors to proactively detect production infrastructure issues.
• Write implementation and design documentation describing architecture, procedures, and security.
• Train and provide technical guidance to L1/L2/L3 engineers.
• Should be well Versed with Tools, software setups and process engineering.
Eligibility
• Qualification – Btech, BCA, Technical Diploma/certification
• Good communication skills
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure management
Required Skill Set
• Experience with Backup tools like Veeam, storage craft, acronis, VM, Cove Backup
• Windows Administration experience (Active Directory, IIS, Disk management, Windows Patching, Performance)
• Team handling experience is a must
• Knowledge Requirement – Tool Knowledge, Team Management, Reporting, Exp in auditing
