Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Head to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services and projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.
Manage cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and support staff.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices to improve delivery timelines and collaboration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and delivery standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in IT project/delivery management.
Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in a services environment.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
