Job Description:
Germanium Technologies Ltd is urgently hiring experienced Team Leaders for its BPO Inbound process. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can manage teams effectively and ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of inbound telecallers
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members
Handle escalated customer issues professionally
Maintain daily/weekly performance reports
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
Required Skills:
Strong team management and leadership abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sound knowledge of inbound BPO operations
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
