Job Title: Team Leader – Multiplex Theater
Location: Vesu, Surat
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month
Age Criteria: 20 to 30 years

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Team Leader to join our Multiplex Theater in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate should have experience in the cinema or hospitality industry and possess strong leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations at the theater.
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth functioning of all departments.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
Prior experience in multiplexes or quick service restaurants (QSR) such as PVR, Carnival Cinemas, NY Cinemas, Miraj Cinemas, KFC, McDonald’s, etc.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
