Job Description: Team Lead – Process (Non-Voice)
Job Overview:
As a Team Lead for the non-voice process, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of process associates, ensuring smooth operations and meeting client expectations. Your goal will be to drive process efficiency, productivity, and quality while providing guidance and support to team members.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and lead a team of process associates.
– Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet performance targets.
– Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.

– Conduct training sessions for new team members.
– Resolve escalated issues and handle client communications.
– Maintain documentation and reports as required.
Requirements and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Team Lead in a non-voice process environment.
