Job Overview:
As a Team Lead – Process, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of process associates to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and mentor a team of process associates to achieve performance objectives.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
– Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
– Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Proven experience in a process-related role, with at least 1-4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Knowledge of project management software and tools.
– Certification in process management or related areas is a plus.
