Job Summary:
We are hiring a Team Lead for an international voice process in a reputed MNC. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of verifiable experience as a Team Lead in a voice process. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and process improvement abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of customer service executives handling international voice calls.
Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve individual and team performance.
Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on team performance and metrics.
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in international voice process.
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead (on paper – mandatory).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
