Job Title: Tally Billing Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Tally Billing Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately generating and maintaining invoices using Tally software, managing billing records, and assisting with financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
– Inputting and updating billing data in the Tally software system
– Generating accurate invoices and bills for products or services provided
– Reconciling billing records and resolving any discrepancies
– Following up on outstanding payments and coordinating with clients for timely settlements
– Assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable
Requirements and Skills:
– 1-3 years of experience as a Tally Billing Executive or similar role
– Proficiency in using Tally software for billing and invoicing
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
– Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
– Certification in Tally or similar accounting software is a plus
