Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to fulfill our hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
– Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
– Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
– Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
– Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
– Knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
