The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the HR team in recruiting and hiring top talent for the organization. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in talent acquisition and human resources.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in job posting and candidate sourcing on various platforms
– Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Assist in maintaining recruitment data and applicant tracking system
– Participate in recruitment events and career fairs
– Support with other HR and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
– Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Enrolled in a college or university program related to Human Resources
– Familiarity with recruitment processes is a plus
– Previous internship experience in HR or related field preferred
