Kataria Group is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
