Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
This role involves sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to meet our staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
– Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
– Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
– Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
– Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
– Proficiency in using recruiting tools and social media platforms
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

– Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring qualified candidates
– Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of recruitment
