Rhyom Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition and Research Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, market research, and identifying suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Conduct market and talent research to identify potential candidates
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
