Job Title: Store Manager

Job Overview:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. They are also responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory, and maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise store staff.
2. Create employee schedules and assign duties.
3. Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
4. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data.
5. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
6. Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
9. Perform regular store inspections to ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.

Requirements and Skills:
1. At least 3 years of experience in retail management.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
6. Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends.
7. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point of sale (POS) systems.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
– Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
– Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
