Position: Sr. Sales Executive – Retail Sales (Diesel Generator Industry)
Location: Pan India
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Diesel Generator Industry (Channel Sales/Management)
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with less than 30 days’ notice preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage retail and channel sales for diesel generators across assigned regions
Identify and develop new channel partners, dealers, and distributors
Meet sales targets and monitor market trends and competitor activities
Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate commercial terms with clients
Maintain sales reports and provide performance forecasts
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of the diesel generator industry and channel sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage and grow channel networks
