Job Overview:
Vrinsoft Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sr. Python Developer to build scalable and high-performance backend systems. The role involves developing APIs, working with databases, and leading development tasks to deliver efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications
Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services
Work with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Design and manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Implement security and data protection measures
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
Mentor junior developers and support team growth
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Python programming
Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture
Familiarity with databases and ORM tools
Knowledge of Git and version control systems
Experience with Docker and cloud platforms (preferred)
Knowledge of asynchronous programming (Celery, async/await)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Leadership and mentoring abilities
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
3–5 years of experience in Python development
Strong technical and communication skills
