Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecture decisions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.
Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain applications using Python.
– Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
– Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
– Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
– Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams.
– Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
– Write unit tests and ensure code quality and reliability.
– Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical planning.
– Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.
– Maintain documentation and version control standards.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
– 4–7 years of experience as a Python Developer or similar role.
– Strong expertise in Python programming.
– Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
– Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
– Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
– Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
– Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
– Proven hands-on experience in Python-based application development.
– Experience in system design and technical leadership.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
