SpryBit is seeking a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid media strategy, campaign execution, data analysis, and ROI optimization to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Manage high-budget campaigns to maximize ROI, ROAS, and conversions
Develop performance marketing strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights
Conduct audience research and market analysis
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies
Monitor and optimize CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams for campaign execution
Implement conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
Prepare detailed performance reports for management
Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with campaign scaling and optimization
Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution modeling
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Expertise in performance metrics analysis
Knowledge of funnel optimization and CRO
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience in eCommerce or SaaS performance marketing
Knowledge of automation tools and CRM integrations
Familiarity with landing page optimization tools
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 7 years of experience in performance marketing
