Job Title: Sr. Manager – HR & Admin

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior HR Manager with at least 7 years of experience to lead all human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding of new employees.
– Manage employee relations and address any issues that arise in the workplace.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
– Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
– Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
– Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. SHRM certification is a plus.
– Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations and performance management.
– In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
