Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Experience: 5-7 years
Job Overview:
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for overseeing various human resources functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. This role involves strategic planning, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and developing HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
– Oversee the recruitment and selection process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees
– Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
– Design and monitor performance management programs
– Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
– Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
– In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current regulations
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
– SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
– Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a human resources role
