Requirements and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
7. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:
