Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate leads via various channels like LinkedIn and Bidding Platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru etc.
• Build quality and competitive proposals.
• Interact with potential clients as per schedule and close deals.
• Maintain communication with clients through cold calling, emails, professional networking, etc.
• Constantly provide suggestions and improve lead generation by learning the latest trends.
• Create and approve new accounts on bidding platforms.
• Communicate client requirements with the team and discuss action plans.
• Manage time and organise workflow.
• Supplemental Pay: Performance-based bonus
