Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SQL Database Developer to design, develop, and maintain SQL databases. The role involves creating efficient queries, stored procedures, views, and ensuring data integrity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers
Analyze data requirements and create logical database structures
Ensure database performance, reliability, and security
Generate custom reports using Crystal Reports, RDLC, or Stimulsoft
Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to integrate database logic
Required Skills
Proficient in SQL Server (2005–2012 or later)
Experience writing complex T-SQL scripts
Hands-on with reporting tools like Crystal Reports, RDLC, or Stimulsoft
Strong understanding of database design principles
Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and indexing
Good to Have
Experience with performance tuning and query optimization
Knowledge of SSRS/SSIS
Understanding of data warehousing or BI concepts
