Job Description: Speech Therapist (2 years experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others improve their communication skills and a strong background in speech therapy techniques.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
– Develop individualized treatment plans to address patient-specific needs
– Implement therapy techniques to improve communication abilities
– Monitor and document patient progress throughout the treatment process
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
– Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication disorders
– Stay current with advances in speech therapy practices and techniques

Requirements and Skills:
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
– Valid state license to practice as a Speech Therapist
– Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
– 2+ years of experience working as a Speech Therapist
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of various speech therapy techniques and tools

Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
– State license in Speech Therapy
– Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist
