Job Title: Solar Civil Design Engineer

Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years

Salary Range: ₹4.5 LPA to ₹7.5 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Solar Civil Design Engineer to manage the structural and civil design aspects of solar PV projects. This role requires practical experience in structural design and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review civil and structural designs for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems
Conduct site feasibility assessments, layout planning, and foundation design
Perform structural calculations and generate detailed engineering drawings and BOQs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical and project management
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications
Support construction activities with design clarifications and site visits, if required
Required Skills:
Structural Analysis
Design Software (AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, etc.)
Project Coordination
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
2–5 years of experience in civil engineering within the solar or renewable energy sector
Proficiency with civil design tools and structural modeling software
Good knowledge of foundation systems and civil engineering practices for solar projects
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
