Position: Software Support Executive
Location: Pune (Karve Road, Kothrud)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Salary: Up to ₹1.8 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with less than 30 days’ notice preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Online Support: Provide prompt online assistance to existing clients regarding software-related queries and issues.
On-Site Visits: Travel to client locations as needed to resolve software-related issues.
New Installations: Carry out software installations at client premises across various locations.
Online Demonstrations: Deliver product demonstrations online to potential customers and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs).
Key Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to client sites when required
Basic technical knowledge of software products and troubleshooting
Customer-focused attitude and the ability to work independently
