We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Software Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving their software-related issues. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat.
– Troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
– Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for further investigation.
– Document customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
– Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs.
– Assist in testing new software releases and updates before they are rolled out to customers.
Requirements and Skills:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a software support role.
– Strong knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
– Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Relevant certifications in software support or customer service are a plus.
