Title: Social Media Manager
Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and manage the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving growth through strategic content, analytics, and community management.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and others
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, comments, messages, and community engagement
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create high-quality social media assets
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, and growth
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely content delivery
Respond to audience queries and maintain brand voice and tone
Support paid social campaigns and promotions as required
Perform additional social media–related duties as assigned
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Social media or digital marketing certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar)
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
Content creation and copywriting skills
Understanding of branding and audience engagement strategies
Strong creativity and strategic thinking abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
