Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and engagement
Analyze social media insights to guide future content and strategies
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other teams to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
Manage and grow community engagement across platforms
Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive/Manager or similar role (Freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome)
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
Analytical mindset to interpret social media performance metrics
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
