Title: Social Media Executive
Overview
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content execution, audience engagement, and supporting digital marketing goals while maintaining brand voice and consistency.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and captions
Monitor comments, messages, and respond to audience inquiries professionally
Track social media performance and prepare basic reports
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Support paid campaigns and promotional activities as required
Maintain social media calendars and ensure timely posting
Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging
Perform additional social media-related tasks as assigned
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Social media or digital marketing certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Understanding of major social media platforms and posting best practices
Basic knowledge of content creation, captions, and hashtags
Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights
Good communication and creative thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and consistency
