🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Creator to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging content for various platforms, managing shoots, and staying on top of social trends to help drive our brand’s online presence.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop content strategies, storyboards, and shot lists tailored to campaign goals
Stay updated with the latest content trends, formats, and algorithms
Conduct and coordinate outdoor shoots, interacting with people and capturing compelling visuals
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new campaign ideas
Ensure brand consistency and creativity across all content pieces
Edit and post-process videos/photos when needed
🔧 Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and eye for detail in visual content and storytelling
Comfortable with outdoor shoots and public interactions
Must have own vehicle for traveling to locations
Adaptable and flexible to manage shoots under various conditions
