Salary: Up to 30k per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee the on-site execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of civil engineering projects. As a Site Engineer, you will be expected to implement construction procedures, ensure quality control, and maintain health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision: Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
AutoCAD Drafting: Prepare and interpret 2D & 3D AutoCAD drawings for construction work.
Execution of Work: Supervise the execution of civil works, ensuring they are done in line with design and specifications.
Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on-site to ensure compliance with standards.
Safety Compliance: Ensure the site is safe and that safety procedures are followed by all personnel.
Site Management: Manage construction material delivery, labor, and sub-contractors on-site.
Reporting: Prepare daily reports and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and milestones to senior engineers and project managers.
Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project specifications are met.
Problem Solving: Address any technical issues on-site and find solutions to maintain project continuity.
Documentation: Maintain records of work, progress, and safety checks.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Requirement: Diploma or BE in Civil Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Good understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Knowledge of site surveying and measurement.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Problem-solving ability.
Leadership and time management skills.
Health & Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in construction.
