Job Description
The Shopify Developer will be responsible for creating, customizing, and optimizing Shopify-based e-commerce websites. The role includes theme development, integration of third-party applications, and ensuring high performance and responsive design across all devices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Shopify themes
Work with Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Implement Shopify Online Store 2.0 features
Manage metafields and custom sections
Integrate third-party apps and work with APIs
Convert Figma/PSD designs into Shopify storefronts
Ensure responsive design and performance optimization
Conduct testing and provide troubleshooting support
Collaborate with design and marketing teams
Maintain basic SEO standards on Shopify stores
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Shopify theme architecture
Proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
Experience with Shopify Store 2.0 and metafields
Ability to integrate apps and use APIs
Good knowledge of responsive design
Familiarity with page speed optimization
Basic SEO awareness
Good communication and teamwork skills
