Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Service Engineer to provide technical support, perform equipment maintenance, handle troubleshooting, and ensure effective service delivery. The candidate should be well-versed in handling service operations, client support, and preventive maintenance within the machinery manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair technical issues with electrical equipment and systems.
Provide technical assistance and on-site customer support as required.
Install, configure, and test equipment and systems to ensure proper operation.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure system reliability.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone, email, or in person.
Support project implementation, including installation and field troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards during service activities.
Required Skills:
Technical Troubleshooting: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to resolve technical faults quickly.
Customer Support & Communication: Capable of clearly explaining technical information and maintaining client relationships.
Preventive Maintenance & Repair: Experienced in scheduling and performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Candidate Requirements:
10–12 years of relevant experience in service engineering.
Proficiency in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in handling commercial or industrial refrigeration systems (preferred).
Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks independently.
