Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to oversee the search engine optimization strategies of our company. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and optimization efforts.
3. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
4. Lead a team of SEO specialists and coordinate their efforts to achieve project goals.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– 3-4 years of experience in SEO with a focus on organic search.
– Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
– Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team.
– Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
– In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
