Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and analytical SEO Executive to improve our website’s search engine visibility, organic traffic, and keyword rankings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies while collaborating with content, development, and marketing teams to achieve business goals through organic search growth.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
– Implement on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking.
– Execute off-page SEO strategies such as backlink building and outreach.
– Perform technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with the development team.
– Optimize website performance, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.
– Monitor website rankings, traffic, and conversions using SEO tools.
– Manage Google Search Console issues and improve site health.
– Track SEO performance and prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports.
– Optimize content for search intent and user experience.
– Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
– 1–4 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.
– Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
– Experience with keyword research tools and SEO platforms.
– Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
– Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
– Understanding of content optimization and SEO-friendly writing.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good communication and reporting abilities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
– Hands-on experience managing SEO for live websites is a plus.
– Knowledge of page speed optimization and mobile SEO is an advantage.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
