Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to lead our social media team. This role involves developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
– Oversee the management of all social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and ensure consistency in messaging.
– Create and schedule content calendars, including writing copy and coordinating design assets.
– Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices.
– Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in social media analytics tools and Google Analytics.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
– Leadership skills to guide and motivate team members.
