Job Title: Senior Web Developer (MERN Stack)
Location: IIT Ropar, Punjab
Job Type: Full-Time (Contractual)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: ₹12 – ₹15 LPA

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join a high-impact tech initiative in the education space at IIT Ropar. This is a great opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly contribute to the advancement of learning and research.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
Work with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
Write clean, maintainable code and manage version control with Git
Optimize applications for performance and usability
Troubleshoot and debug application issues

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development
Strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express, React, and Node
Experience working with REST APIs and Git
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in EdTech or the education sector
