Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Overview:
The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead the design and development of user interfaces for digital products, ensuring an intuitive and seamless user experience. With at least 6 years of experience, the candidate will be responsible for translating user needs and business requirements into engaging design solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product functions and looks
– Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions
– Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability
– Create and maintain design guidelines, UI kits, and design systems
– Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
– Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
– Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
