The Senior Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions within Salesforce, focusing on Service Cloud and Cloud Agent Force. The role includes integrations, deployment, debugging, and ensuring smooth CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
Work with Cloud Agent Force and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP)
Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and configuration tools
Handle deployments, debugging, and system improvements
Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless CRM operations
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
Required Skills
Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Cloud Agent Force
Expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configurations
Knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations
Strong debugging and deployment skills
Experience with both Admin and Developer responsibilities
