CTC: ₹8 LPA to ₹10 LPA
Industry: HVAC & Refrigeration

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with expertise in chiller sales to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities for chiller sales.
Drive sales growth by acquiring and managing clients in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Provide technical support and customized solutions based on client requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales service follow-up.
Technical Sales & Product Expertise

Understand the technical specifications of chillers and HVAC systems.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to provide the best solutions.
Proposal & Tender Management

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights for improving product positioning and sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Reporting

Lead and mentor the sales team to meet business objectives.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC/chiller industry.
Strong knowledge of chillers, cooling systems, and HVAC solutions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with industrial clients, contractors, and consultants.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and technical product sales.
Prior experience in managing a sales team.
