Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Handle client inquiries and provide effective solutions to meet their needs.
Prepare sales reports and track market trends to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
Travel to meet clients and expand the company’s market presence.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of sales and business development.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience in B2B and B2C sales (industry-specific experience preferred).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a senior role.
