Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive quality assurance testing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test strategies
– Conduct manual and automated testing of software applications
– Identify, analyze, and document defects, and track their resolution
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality
– Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
– Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance testing
– Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium or similar
– Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
