Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Product/UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the design and user experience efforts for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create user-centric designs that align with business goals.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless user experience.
– Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
– Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and UX design.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
– Solid portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.
– Experience working in Agile development environments.
– Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
– Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
– Familiarity with data analytics tools to analyze user behavior and inform design decisions.
