Key Responsibilities:
Resource Planning & Forecasting:
Strategically plan and forecast resource requirements based on current and future business demands.
Resource Allocation & Optimization:
Efficiently allocate human and technical resources, optimizing workforce productivity and minimizing operational costs.
Data Modeling & Analysis:
Use data-driven models to forecast trends, measure performance, and support strategic decisions.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage expectations, deliverables, and relationship-building.
Process Improvement:
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategies for continuous improvement and process excellence.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
8+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role
Proven expertise in resource management and client engagement
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Experience with data modeling tools and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
