Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager with 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization, implementing HR strategies, and providing leadership and guidance to the HR team.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
– Oversee employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
– Plan and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
– Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, and update policies and procedures as needed.
– Manage employee benefits programs and ensure employees are well-informed about available benefits.
– Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– 8-10 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
– Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
