Title: Senior HR Executive

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, support people strategies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration while supporting organizational growth.

Role & Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
Handle HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, and HR MIS
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Manage employee relations, engagement activities, and retention initiatives
Support performance management, appraisals, and goal-setting processes
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and audits
Coordinate training and development programs
Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR reports
Support management with HR analytics and workforce planning
Assist in implementing organizational development initiatives

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA HR or relevant HR certifications are preferred

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office
Leadership qualities and ability to work independently
