Job Overview:

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and documenting user requirements,
business processes, and system functionalities to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.
– Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
– Develop functional specifications and documentation for system enhancements and customizations.
– Design and execute test cases to ensure effective implementation of new functionalities.
– Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth system adoption.
– Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the systems meet business requirements and objectives.

Requirements and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
– Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
– Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
– Certification in Business Analysis or similar field is a plus.
– Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence would be advantageous.
